4homes use several methods of shipping our orders, including;

• Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class
• Royal Mail Parcel
• Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery
• Royal Mail before 9am Next Day Special Delivery
• UK Mail couriers (next working day delivery)
• specialist couriers for larger / heavier items
• in store collection

All goods are shipped as soon as possible after ordering and you will be notified when the goods have been shipped. Orders received by 4pm normally ship the same day (11am on Saturdays).  Please note that for UK Mail Next day delivery, we must have orders by 11:30am to meet the courier collection times for next day delivery.   All of our specialist courier deliveries are next day (except as follows).  Our courier shipping is not delivered on a Saturday unless specifically selected.  Working days means Monday to Friday inclusive.

Occasionally if any item is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay.  Please note that we sell all of our products online and in our High street stores meaning that our stocks indicated online may be out of date.

All delivery rates are calculated based on the individual item weights.  Multiple items are charged at the combined item weight.

When selecting shipping method please select the appropriate shipping for your postcode (UK Mainland or Highlands & Islands) - incorrectly entered postcodes or selected shipping methods will not be shipped until correct postcode and shipping method is verified.
